SIM Card delivery - Xfinity Mobile is the Worse!

I have been on the phone with a call center that sounds like its in India - ON HOLD for about 48 min.  I am in a state that does not have Xfinity Mole nor Comcast cable. I am in need of overnight shipment for a SIM card and have been on hold as they figure it out.

I have called 3 times and been sent to these out of country call centers. I keep getting told they have no access and transfer me (what sounds like across the room to someone else that also cannot help.

I NEED HELP!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_x7gpkb. I can check on the options we have to get a SIM card sent out if possible from here. Could you send me a direct message with your full name and complete address?

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
