Signing up to Gigabit Pro?

Hi,

Is it possible to initiate a support ticket to track the feasibility exploration of signing up for Gigabit Pro at my home?

My address seems to check out just fine when I search for internet plans available (Gigabit Pro shows up). Unfortunately, it won't let me initiate online, and only tells me to call the 1-800 number -- I'd much rather get things started online (instead of calling in, and potentially sitting on hold).

Any chance this is possible?
