Signed up with wrong address

I have an appointment scheduled for the 15th but it is saying the address is invalid which is false and the tech is being sent to another address i did not enter I entered the correct address in the special instructions and i can’t change the address to correct one because it’s saying it’s invalid and I can’t get through to anyone on the phone how can I make sure they’re sent to the correct address? The address is also wrong in my account info

Thank you very much for the post. Were you not able to browse for the exact address when you set up the services? Unfortunately, you are not able to use the special instruction's field to set up the services for a different location. Part of the qualification of address is it does need to be recognized by our system, if the location is not in our system, we are able to research the address, is this a new apartment complex?
