Signed up through Xfinity Benefits for VIP Odyssey Screening but pop up confirmation has no date!

Diamond member, signed up a few days ago for this screening through Xfinity Benefits Have never received a confirmation email(but the Xfinity Benefits site gives me the message below). There is no date for the screening!!!!!

There's nothing in my spam box and I emailed the "support" email below twice, but no response at all.

Looks like someone had the exact problem with a VIP Minions screening. No confirmation email, no date on pop up confirmation.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_5xv9mw. Have you tried sending a message to the support email listed? It would be the best way to request information regarding the screening.

Yes, you didn't read my message, obviously. I sent an email twice to the support email listed, with no response at all.
