Signed up for Xfinity NOW with the wrong address.

Ive signed up for a new xfinity NOW service but my account is under the wrong address, and the equipment is being mailed to the wrong address.

Hi there, @user_hqktwd Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that your address is incorrect and that the equipment was sent to the wrong address. You will need to sign up for new service again at the correct address which new equipment will be sent to the correct address. Have you reached out to Xfinity NOW team, which you can do by going to https://www.xfinity.com/support/now

I am unable to cancel my service because it doesn't list any service to cancel. If I follow the cancellation before activation pages as well, the links it takes me to do not exist. How do I cancel and receive a refund?

Thank you, @user_hqktwd The NOW internet services are not connected to our traditional support systems like the Xfinity app or Xfinity.com Support options to manage your NOW subscriptions are all done through the https://www.xfinity.com/now or using the Xfinity assistant as you did for your activation.  When you get to the Now portal make sure you are using the same email information and phone number information you used in your order.  If you already had an Xfinity ID try using the phone number if you have been using your email to access the account and the opposite.
