I can’t sign up for HBO Max on my TV when I hit my provider Xfinity it says there’s been too many attempts. Can you clear that so I can sign up on my TV?

Have you added the subscription to your account with a Stream Saver plan, or are you signing up directly with HBO?
If this is an app you are using directly on your Smart TV, you may need to clear the temporary files on the TV.
