Side Walk Damage Reimbursement

Hello, 

I am a property manager at a property in Philadelphia, PA. Comcast had been working on the side walk next to our building and left it damaged and it was a trip hazard. Our company had to get the work fixed since we were liable in the event of anyone getting hurt. Who do I contact from Comcast in order to get reimbursed for the cost of repairs?
