Sick of poor Xfinity internet service

I pay a ton of money for Xfinity internet only to have slow speeds and frequent drop offs. Unless my issue is resolved, I'm going to have to dump the service. How can I actually speak with someone about my ongoing bad internet service? BTW - the chat option is not an acceptable alternative.

Same here! There service is poor and I have made 1hr calls each time to ask them why I have been charged so much!! Every time they bring my amount down only to apply it for a month or so and then again raise it! I don't think anyone has all the time in the world to call you each time to go over the bill cycle. But they are quick to add a late fee. I'm my self looking for another provider as I'm so so frustrated with this service!
