Sick of outages
Every week there are outages that last a few hours to two days. Now if I lived in a rural community I might could comprehend that technology just isnt supported. But in the middle of a capital city! Im going on day 2 of no internet. Which causes overage on cellular data and a lot of frustration. Updated outage repair time is changed every time one is set. Now it happens so frequently that a solution to keep it up and running should have been established. I have been loyal to xfinity/comcast for a long time. But ive just about reached my break up point. All the inconvenience and extra charges when loyalty should be rewarded not abused. This is the last chance xfinity has with me. They need to get my bills straight, honor warranty on bad phone and keep internet service up and running.
My neighbor works for xfinity as a supervisor and hers is NEVER down.
Im sick of this!

We do apologize for any inconvenience; I work from home & rely on stable connection. Service interruption can hap due to weather related issues, accidents, damages to our nods and plants, faulty wiring & overall general maintenance. The times listed via our xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps or via https://www.xfinity.com/support/status are estimates and can change. Our amazing field techs work as fast as possible to get everyone back up a running.
I have had service interruption as well and if I need connection, I use the awesome xfinity hotspot locater app, at times I was able to use the nearest Wi-Fi hot spot with out even leaving my home.
You can track the status of the issue via our amazing Xfinity my account app and even set up for text alert to be notified once series are back up and running.
We never expect you to pay for services you cannot use due service interruption therefore we have a self-service link that you can obtain a credit for the downtime once the service is back up and running just visits xfinity.com/support/status and clicks the link, Check eligibility in the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page.

9/23/23, and ANOYHER OUTAGE!!! I'm sick of this!! Too many of these around here!!! Somebody or something is inept. We're going to miss all the college football games today and we have guests coming over!!!!!!!!!!! Last outage that lasted a day and a half diminished our signal. For the next month the internet trickled to our home. Now this .....AGAIN. Eill br exploring Satellite Providers today. CANNOT miss Football season. Colorado vs Oregon today, and I can't see it???!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
