Shut off notice

Good afternoon user_8qveqc. I can certainly understand your concern. I do have a couple of questions to better understand your situation, so that I may provide additional assistance. When was the shut off notice dated? If you set up the arrangement on or after that date you may still have received it, since it generated before the arrangement. Did your account show eligible for a payment arrangement or promise to pay? If so that would prevent the service from being interrupted. If the account did not show for an arrangement or promise to pay, and you only scheduled a future dated payment, your service could be interrupted before the payment posts.
