Showtime "Free This Week”

TV series Halo appears to be the only series or movie that is not free.

I think the Halo series is Paramount+, not Showtime.

@andyross It is produced by Paramount but is also listed in the TV series available in the Showtime Free this week section.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related....................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @borisjohnson thanks for letting us know. I'd like to gather more information from you.  Can you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

For "Free This Week", the Season 2 opener of Yellowjackets on Showtime is supposed to be included according to: https://www.xfinity.com/hub/free-tv-movies/free-tv-week But when I go to the series' streaming page at  https://www.xfinity.com/stream/entity/7798258041457892112 there is a $ next to the episode.

Hi, @user_d623b2. Thank you for reaching out to letting us know you're seeing something similar. The initial airing of the episode should have been available. Are you seeing this with other YellowJacket episodes as well?

No. I was able to watch all of season 1 of the series this past week.  At Xfinity's "Free this Week" page it states:

"From March 20 to March 26, we're featuring entertainment from SHOWTIME®Here's what we're looking forward to:

  • Yellowjackets (season 2 premieres March 24)" yet I am prompted to pay when trying to watch the Season 2 premiere. I was able to watch all of Season 1 at that same page: https://www.xfinity.com/stream/entity/7798258041457892112

@user_d623b2 I did see that listed on our page as well. I do apologize for any trouble. I don't have a way to enable this single episode on my end to be upfront, but I'm confident the original airing was available. The disclosures do state that restrictions apply, so there also a possibility the on-demand version is not free yet. If you have cable, do you see any showtime of when it's airing again on their broadcast?

@XfinityVianney  I don't have X1 or Flex Xfinity, so can't watch Showtime at all on my TV. According to the On Demand menu, the Season 2 premiere will not be available until Monday the 27th. Perhaps I can watch it streaming live on my laptop Sunday at 9pm at https://www.xfinity.com/stream.

I appreciate your help, thanks.
