Hi user_epo8lp, we appreciate you joining us here in our community forums! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your modem not appearing. Is this also affecting your ability to connect to the internet, and if so, have you already gone through the steps on our support page that covers how to add and activate a modem with the Xfinity app?

My current modem was bought used and I was able to activate via the Xfinity app.

I have internet but it keeps showing devices to activate in the app.

On the website it shows "Looks like your modem is not responding" and 3 modems that are status unavailable / offline.

I want to remove all the old modems and show my current modem in my account.

I can provide the mac address.

Thanks!
