show current modem and remove old modems from account

My current modem is not showing under my account.

Also I have 3 old modems showing unavailable / offline that I want to remove.

Is this also affecting your ability to connect to the internet, and if so, have you already gone through the steps on our support page that covers how to add and activate a modem with the Xfinity app?
