Shipping Label

I called about 15 minutes ago which is my 4th time calling, I have asked for a tech to come out to help and no one came to help.  I have called customer support line for help and all they told me is that I need to take the boxes and drop off I am in Gallup NM and there is no where I can drop off can I please GET A TECH OR A SHIPPING LABEL, I pay over $200.00 for WHAT I do not even get to watch my cable.
