shipping address is incorrect

When i started my service i had 1 address. That address was legally changed, but when i tried to change it through Xfinity they said id have to start a whole new service and install even though it is the EXACT SAME LOCATION. So they let me change my billing address and leave the service address the same. I'm due for a upgrade in equipment, now. Its showing the shipping address as the address that doesnt exist anymore. I can't get the shipping address changed as theres no option anywhere. the options are service address (you cant change that), or billing address.

joanntaylor510 Thank you for posting on our community forum, so we can make sure your address is reflecting properly, and your upgraded equipment can be delivered. You also have the option to swap your equipment at your local Xfinity Service Center. Use the link to find the most convenient location, click on store details, and schedule an appointment to save time in line if they happen to be busy when you arrive :).

I will collect your information in a private thread, so I can help further. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
