Shipped Equipment I Didn’t Order — Not My Responsibility

You guys shipped me equipment I didn’t ask for or need. This was clearly a mistake on your end, and I’ve tried getting support, but it’s impossible to reach a real person. I’m not going to waste more time or money returning something I never requested.

If it gets stolen, that’s on you — not me. Do better.

@user_a71co3 I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with reaching a live person. I totally understand where the frustration is coming from trying to return equipment you didn't request.

We have a few ways to return equipment. 

First is dropping off the equipment at any UPS pr XFINITY Store.

My personal favorite is printing out a return label and mailing it back.
