I went into the Xfinity store in Crystal Minnesota on Broadway avenue Sunday at 11:30 a.m. because I was having problems unlocking my cell phone. It had switched to a PIN number and I didn't know the pin number I had tried several times at home and it didn't work so I went to the store and I was assisted by an Ethiopian associate and he quickly began berating me and telling me I was lying and I had to have created a PIN number and there was nothing he could do for me and then he went on to say that he was short in temper and called me a [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] in front of customers he called me a [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and told me to get out of the store I want him to be fired he doesn't need to he doesn't need to be working there he called me a [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]
