SGLB-2 Signature Grade Level Box Lid Replacement

Need replacement lid on the community SGLB-2 Signature Grade Level Box due to lawnmower damage - sliced open 3-4" roles.  Have tried three (3) times via Customer Service with no resolution.  A tech called and said this request should be sent to construction team.
