Sewer line stopped up

Both of my bathrooms recently flooded after turning on my shower. I called a plumber and when he came he ran a camera and determined that Comcast had drilled through the sewer line while installing fiber optic cable. I called the city utility department to come look who confirmed it was a Comcast. They informed me to contact Comcast. I called and when I FINALLY got to speak to a person they told me they couldn’t help since I wasn’t a customer and that I needed to drive to the nearest Comcast/infinity store and get them to help. When I arrived at the store they weren’t sure how to help and just entered a ticket on the computer. Not sure why the guy on the phone couldn’t do this. I have two small children and have been without water for two days now. This is unacceptable. I need someone from Comcast to reach out immediately.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a homeowner myself who has had sewer line issues just do the Mother Nature, I would not be happy if my cable company drilled through my sewer piping and was causing flooding. I do apologize when you called before no one was able to help you but I'm glad our store agent got a ticket opened up for you. Did the store agent  happen to give you the ticket number for the damage claim for your property?

Yes, they opened a claim ticket and I do have that number but have had no one try to reach out yet.

Oh good! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, phone number, email address, and that ticket number @user_ll93kr? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
