Sewer line damaged by contractor burying cable line
Hello, A few months back after hurricane Ian a technician came out and replaced a damaged cable line, then a few days later a contractor came out to bury the line. When the line was buried it cut through my sewer line and put the cable right through the sewer pipe, causing over time sewage to back up into my home. I had a plumber come out and diagnose the problem, and today they dug up the yard and replaced that section of pipe. I have photographs and their findings. Where do I submit a claim for the plumbing repairs? Thanks!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
