Set-up schedule

I sighed up last night so we could get started before we moved into our new house. There was nowhere to set up our preferred date to pick up equipment. Got a text message saying it was ready today. We can't be in that state until the 22nd.

@user_a6qphd That is a great question! You shouldn't be charged before you install it, it depends on when the order is completed. I'm happy to take a look and see what's happening and make sure you aren't charged before you activate services. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 

To send a direct message:

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

@XfinitySheila​ I just got a message today saying if not picked up in 4 days our order will be canceled. Will I have to re sign up when we get there to be able to pick up the equipment?

user_a6qphd That is a great question! If the order already expired you may need to set up a new order but they Xfinity agent in store can help for sure or you can place an order while in store online.
