Setup Account for HOA provided services

I recently bought a condo and the buildings HOA includes xfinity tv and internet.  I was trying to setup an account and reserve my equipment to pickup at my local xfinity store.

@XfinityRichard​ Building manager provided information to contact 1-800-XFINITY, so no dedicated person.

Thank you, @user_eac168 for that information. Does your condo already have the equipment? Since the HOA is the account holder and decides what plans the units get. Usually you can add bolt-ons like premium networks (HBO, Showtime or a Sports package) on your own. Did the HOA advised you?-Richard
