Setting up voicemail

I called to get help setting up my voicemail. It took over an hour for the representative to find an app, and once I downloaded it, I discovered it was an older version that I am unable to use. At this very moment as I respond to this text, I still haven't set up my voicemail. I will be leaving a negative review on my Google account. The call I made for what should have gone without a hitch this morning lasted OVER an hour, With the representative putting me on a hold at least 5 occasions. She should have inquired about my phone model at the very beginning to direct me to the correct app at her first attempt . This experience was quite frustrating.Meanwhile I'm missing incoming calls and running late for a meeting. I ended my call feeling extremely frustrated as no viable solution was offered. To further add to the frustration, she requested to phone me later in the evening. Going to bed frustrated is not ever my goal. I am currently feeling mentally drained and STILL unable to retrieve my voicemails.
