Setting up service at my new construction home

Hello, my name is Khaleel. I recently had an Xfinity technician come out to my house (yesterday on Feb 27th).

He said that because the house is new construction, the top box wasn’t in place for him to connect service. He said that someone from Xfinity would reach out to schedule another technician to come out and deploy the necessary infrastructure for service.

I’ve already moved into the address and am currently without Wi-Fi. 

i saw on the forums that opening a direct message here and providing full name and new service address would be enough to get the right technician sent out ASAP.

if someone from Xfinity could please help me, I need internet service as soon as possible.
