My first step is to connect the coax cable between wall outlet and cable in port . I do not have a cable coming in my house except for my internet modem. I was supposed to get a wireless box ..
Hello, @jolee59. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the new wireless box. Don't worry, I can take a look at your account and see what's the status of this order. Just in case you weren't aware, you can use the Xfinity Stream app to watch your favorite programs while we wait for you to receive the new box.
