Set reminder channel 1261 error code XRE06030

I am unable to set reminder for channel 1261 twins MNIT Receive error code XRE06030

Please attempt to:

  1. Power cycle the TV Box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in.
  2. If that doesn't work, restart the TV Box using your Xfinity Voice Remote by saying “Restart TV Box” or by holding down the power button on the TV Box.

restarted the TV box using voice control. It restarted successfully.  I then tried to set reminder for just this game on channel 1261 and I get XRE06030. If I use the option to set reminder for Minnesota Twins all games it complete successfully, but what is stored when I look at set reminders is under channel 3012KCEX which is not a channel that we have.
