Servicibility Part 2

I know there's nothing Xfinity could do, but there is someone 10 feet away from our property who can receive Xfinity services. We have an address situation where both houses share the same address (me and my uncle that lives above us) Is there a way I can get an evaluation from a tech on this address based off of Google Maps, even though it isn't a mailing address.
