Worst company ever. I feel like I’ve been scammed. When I signed up for essential internet I was told that my bill would be 14.95 each month. I also told the customer service representative that I would pick up my equipment at the store. Still I was mailed equipment and was charged. When I returned the equipment back I was told that the charges would be off my account. I’ve returned the equipment and also recorded conversations that I’ve had with Xfinity’s team members for back up for issues like this. Still I have a large bill. I will be pressing legal actions with this company for false advertisement and the stress that comes along with this company. I recommend recording every conversations and saving copies of your agreement with Xfinity. For they claim that their calls are not recorded so they can opportunity to scam you.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize if you have any issues with your billing on being charged for unreturned equipment.
Once the equipment is returned those charges will come off of your account, but depending on your billing date you most likely won't see those changes until your next bill cycle comes out.
To view your detailed Xfinity bill, sign in to your account at xfinity.com/billing or use the Xfinity app to access the "Billing & Pay" section. Select "View Bill & Transaction History" and click "Statement PDF" to download a detailed breakdown of charges, taxes, and credits. You can access up to 24 months of past statements
if you would like further assistance, please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.
