Services wrongly disconnected

Hello! Two nights ago my services were disconnected. The agent I spoke to said it was because someone else added their service at my address. I never authorized this, or received any kind of communication. The agent was able to reconnect my service. It happened again last night. I talked to 5 different people, and the last one said that they were able to reconnect my service, however, my account is still showing disconnected as of this morning. I got on chat with another agent, and they said that they could see that my services were still disconnected, but that they were getting an error when trying to connect. No one has been able to help me.

Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete address so we can get this resolved for you.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Press Enter to send it
