Services suspended due to past due bill; requesting extension

My services were just suspended due to nonpayment this morning and i DESPERATELY need TWO more days to pay it. Is it possible to have my service restored for the 2 days if i schedule the payment ahead of time? I have 2 children under 10 and this is a lot for all of us to handle during COVIID-19.

I'm so sorry for the delay in response! We want to help out as much as possible, we understand that the past year has been really financially difficult for many people. You can set up a payment arrangement with the automated system or an agent over the phone (1-800-XFINITY) and through the My Account app
