Services failure of Xfinity in 77407 Richmond, Texas 20th & 27th Aug, 2024

I am Xfinity customer area 77407, Richmond, Texas they stamp services without any notification of users from 10.30PM to 6.30AM and I am doing online job at that time facing too much difficult and none of staff or customer services come online to talk only I need to talk with chat/rebate in line, no option where we complain about services. 

secondly, I come to know when services were not working our T-Mobile company also interlink with Xfinity and provide cellular services through internet connection, so I am also user of T-Mobile so both services was suspended, I totally blocked and can't perform my duties in both days.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............................. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
