Services down 2.5 days

Service has been down for 2.5 days, all I get is that they are doing maintenance.  The service went down due to a thunderstorm on 7/5.  Your system when calling does not allow one to talk to anyone and will hang up on you, states your service is down for maintenance.  I have not seen a Xfinity truck in the area????! I checked your map, it does not show this area is down.  Somebody needs to figure it out!!!!!!! And stop saying it because of maintenance.   My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

When my year is up, I will be cancelling service, I wish I could cancel it now.
