Services cut off after payment arrangement set up & texts received stating service would not be interrupted

I set up a payment arrangmeent with xfinity chat for march 5th. I have the screenshots and transcript to prove. I woke up today to my services being cut off. I work from ohome and this is the third time this has happened. What can I do to get this resolved?

Hello, @wthemanjr thanks for the image and for taking the time to share this experience. In general, the Xfinity Assistant will confirm if you're eligible for a payment arrangement. You can set up a payment arrangement or installments using it https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant if you’re eligible.

 

 

On this platform we can’t apply or edit a payment arrangement so your best bet is to reach back out to chat support to follow up on your account details and the payment arrangement that was set up for 3/5/25.

It won't allow me to talk to anyone without paying the bill. I reached out to chat and have the entire chat transcript if you need it.
