Services added to my account without my knowledge

In January 2019 we dropped the Boost from our internet/phone plan. Without our knowledge, a TV plan was added to our bill and it was just discovered as we are on auto payments. We have NEVER had Xfinity TV. Today I switched to internet only and discovered that we have been charged monthly for a TV plan PLUS been paying a Broadcast fee. How do I get this money reimbursed. I'm sure you can tell from your records that we have never had TV in our plan.

I'm sure by now you have learned you should look at your billing statement every month and read beyond how much is owed, especially if you are on autopay.  Comcast will not reimburse you for more than 4 months.  You needed to dispute this when it first happened, not more than 18 months later.
