Serviceable address but pole Permits required?
I had signed up for internet service back in May, when they came to install we were told there were no cables ran to the house, so we would need to have a survey taken. We’ve had a few crews out since then and I am finally just not getting a call back saying they can install via the poles On the property but I am required to pay for pole permits, I cannot get a person on the phone and I am not always available to take their calls. How much is this going to cost? Do I need to apply for permits through local or state? I am confused and no one on the phone seems to know anything either. I do have a ticket number (Edited: Personal information)
