Serviceability-New Construction

I am just trying to get service at our NEW CONSTRUCTION home. We have been told several times it could be hooked up and sent to sales, & we have been told several times that our address is unservicable. We even had someone "scheduled" to come out that never showed. We have a ticket that was appartently "expidited" and have heard nothing. My daughter needs interent for distance learning and this has been extreamly frustrating. Our Neighbor has Comcast, not only are they farther down the road than we, our home is literally the corner lot right beside the power pole. So I do not understand why we cannot get service and/or why we can not get someone to come run the lines to our home. Customer Service has been an absolute nightmare i talk to at least 6 people every time I call. PLEASE HELP
