Serviceability team

I’m wondering how long it will take and if there’s anytime of communication I can get about my house getting WiFi. It’s a new build and only Xfinity in the area. I was told I needed to upload documents, done now I need a survey? Still need the wire add to the utility pole the. Trenched tk the house.  Does Tallahassee have some one I can contact for a more accurate time frame. This is week 4 going on week 5 of paying for service and not having any

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Good morning I have now gone without service for six weeks you have sent three technicians. I have been on the phone multiple days hours upon hours being told that service is going to be connected today. You guys have worked me up. You keep telling me that the surveyors came the construction team has hooked up taps amplifiers have been put in and I just get told that nothing has been done by your technicians. this is unacceptable a waste of my time I could’ve gone with somebody else by now, but you guys keep telling me that you will have my service complete. I don’t understand what the issue is where the miscommunication is the constant emotional distress you guys have caused me is very annoying. I would like to have my service complete today I want to make sure that there is a truck at my house to install the tap. I wanna make sure that the tap is there the wire has been dropped and that the wire is connected to the house wire I have no service as stated, and every day you guys promised me something different. Your chain of command is terrible and I feel like your guys system is terrible. I would like to just have one true answer and I would like to be able to actually go to work and not have to waste my time on you guys just to tell me that you can’t do it. I don’t know when you guys will see this or how long it will be, but I’m hoping you can get something very quick because this is very annoying
