Serviceability team

I’m wondering how long it will take and if there’s anytime of communication I can get about my house getting WiFi. It’s a new build and only Xfinity in the area. I was told I needed to upload documents, done now I need a survey? Still need the wire add to the utility pole the. Trenched tk the house.  Does Tallahassee have some one I can contact for a more accurate time frame. This is week 4 going on week 5 of paying for service and not having any
