Serviceability request—website says available but no plant at address

I need help opening a formal serviceability/construction ticket. Xfinity’s sales system says service is available, but the property is not connected and I have received conflicting information about a costly plant extension. Please have an official Xfinity employee help me submit a serviceability request.

shannonma, Hi there! Thank you for reaching out and providing those details. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to receive conflicting information regarding service availability and potential construction costs for your property. We can help review the situation and determine whether a serviceability request or construction review is appropriate. To get started, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. Once we have that information, we'll take a closer look at the records available to us and work to ensure your concerns are routed through the proper channels for review. We look forward to assisting you further.
