Serviceability Request

I do not have a coax cable installed in my apartment and my home address does not exist within xfinitys system. I would like to know how to get this in motion to have the cable installed.

Since you live in an apartment complex have you spoke with the management or neighbors to see if they have it? If you typed in your address in the system and nothing is coming up its a possibility you can't get their service. 

They also have a service called Now which you can also check to see if you can get as well
