Serviceability Request

We are building a new house on previously undeveloped lot and would like service. My neighbor has it. How can I request the service for my house?

Typically, for new construction, we can research the location and/or submit a request to our Serviceability team to have the address added to our billing system (if/when possible). You've come to a great place for help!   • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
