Serviceability request

Hello, I just moved to the new area, and my house is not available for the service, but my neighbor has it. How can I request the service for my house?

THank you

Good morning bossKas000. Congratulations on your move! It's exciting to be in a new home, and it can be hectic. Especially when you don't have a home TV, internet, phone and security service provider. Thank you for considering Xfinity for your services, you are in the right place for help. We can check you address and if within range (which it should be since your neighbor is a subscriber) we will open a request with our serviceability team. That request can take 3-5 business days to process, but they are usually pretty quick on completing the work needed to have your address added to the system. We will keep in contact with you over direct message with any updates we receive.

To start the process, please send us a direct message with your name and new address. We will also need your best contact phone number and email address if you can send those as well.

I look forward to helping out and helping you settle into your new home!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
