Serviceability Request?

Hey there,

My wife and I are looking at moving to a new home and we would like to have xfinity internet but when we check availability, it shows that Internet is not available. However, when I check a home down the same road, it’s available there. How do I submit a serviceability request to get internet at the new home?

Good evening @user_1bmh02 and happy Wednesday! Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums tonight, we hope you are having a wonderful day so far! We appreciate your interest in having XFINITY services installed in your new home! Rest assured, you've reached the right team to help with your serviceability request! 😀

To get started on your request, we will need to collect a few pieces of private information to get the proper ticket submitted over to our wonderful and dedicated serviceability team. Can you do us a solid and send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address including any apartment or unit numbers and zip code?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

We look forward to working with you further!
