Serviceability request
Hi,
I've been attempting to get new service installed at my address since January - I keep getting techs out to install service but there is no line to the property. I started a serviceability request awhile back but it got dropped with no followup. I can provide the install numbers as needed, but haven't had any success with phone calls getting to the right department, so trying here. Can I DM support to get this figured out?
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_d2e043! Our team can certainly take a further look at the serviceability request. During winter months (typically December through April) construction is unable to occur due to the ground being frozen. Outside of those winter months, construction can take a minimum of 90-120 days. Local permits can also cause unexpected delays with construction requests. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
