serviceability request

My address is not in your system and I had called in to request a check on serviceability but hadn't heard back in some time.  Is there a way to check in on that request or can I submit another?

Hi @user_5155b1! Apologies for any confusion, the way to send a private message has changed a bit since the latest update to our forums platform :)

 

To send one to us so we can check the serviceability and/or create a ticket for you, please use the following instructions:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/peer-to-peer-chat

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

My address is not in your system and I was told that the house was considered under construction although it was built in 2019.  Is there a way to check in on that request or can I submit another?
