Serviceability Request: Add New Construction Address to Database

Hello Xfinity Support Team,

I am closing on a new construction home on May 29th and would like to set up Xfinity internet service for my move-in. Currently, my address is not showing up in the Xfinity online system, likely because it is a new build.

Here are my location details to help expedite the ticket:

USPS Status: The address is officially active and recognized in the USPS database (I have the ZIP Code lookup confirmation with the Carrier Route and Delivery Point Code ready to provide if needed).

Could you please assist me with getting this address built into the billing system so I can select a plan and schedule an installation?

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
