"Serviceability" or "Address Validation" request

Hello,

I'm trying to set up internet in my new apartment. The other apartment numbers in my address show up, but mine does not. Help would be appreciated.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_nmid75 Congratulations on the new apartment! I'd be happy to help take a closer look. If the other apartment numbers are showing as serviceable but yours is not, it may be an address validation or serviceability issue that needs to be reviewed and updated in our systems. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address, including the apartment number. From there, we can review the address information, check its status, and see what options we have to help get your location recognized so you can move forward with setting up service.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

We look forward to assisting you!
