Serviceability - Next Step
We purchased the property located at [Edited: "Personal Information"] approx. 3 months ago. We had a locate performed last week and found a comcast/xfinity green box and a line running through the property to the neighbor's property. We show no easement for this line and would like to know what our next step should be. We are about three weeks from submitting our home plans to the county.
