Serviceability In My Area
I've been trying to get service at my home for months now, and nobody at Customer Service can give me a clear answer as to why they cannot service my home. It's a rental, newly constructed summer of '23, and everytime I ask for a reason why, I just get told they don't service it. What can I do to get a clear answer and actually figure out if my home is in the service area? It should be, considering all of the houses around us are serviced by Xfinity....

Good Morning, @sgriff93! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us today. That certainly is not the experience we want for our customers. There are many factors that determine if the location is serviceable by us, and depending, it could be due to length away from the nearest connection. We did receive your DM and can definitely dive into the location for the answer for you regarding the reasoning of the services to the location.
