Serviceability Assessment
Hi,
I'm looking to move to a new house that is just outside the current service area (based on the maps I found on your website). There are no other broadband providers in the area, how can I get a quote for getting xfinity? I am a current customer.

Hi, @Ddevalve. Thank you for reaching out, and for being a member of the Xfinity family. We appreciate you wanting to keep us during your move. However, I see your new location is outside our footprint. We do generally require a home to be at least 300ft from a serviceable plant. If it's beyond this mark, you would be deemed unserviceable. There could be an option to discuss the possible cost of running a line, and I'll need to get this submitted for more answers.
